For low budget hostels this place was a good choice. The beds were spacious and comfortable with plugs sockets and wifi. The outside chill out area was pleasant. Showers not so hot but showers and toilets were clean. Staff were friendly polite and helpful. Lots of places to eat in the area aswell as tube station across the road Would stay again
I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and very helpful. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The bed was soft, the linens were fresh, and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including a mini fridge, kettle, and a good-sized TV. The location of the hotel is excellent — close to public transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas. I was able to explore the city easily without needing a car. Every morning, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of options including eggs, fresh fruits, pastries, and hot drinks. The hotel also had free Wi-Fi throughout the building, which was fast and reliable. I appreciated the quiet environment, allowing me to rest well after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. It offers great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit
Great wee dormitory hostel out here in Wood Green. The room was large ( 12 bed ) but generally quiet and really clean ! The solid partitions between the beds made a big difference in ambient noise and privacy! Nice cubicle showers and toilets. Felt very safe and cared for. The staff were lovely.
I was only there for morning drinks with a group of friends but this quickly turned into lunch for some of us. The menu was too enticing to ignore. The service was friendly and efficient and the food and drink that were delivered to our comfortable sitting area were excellent. I am super keen to come back to the restaurant for a meal off the back of what I experienced this time around. The space is delightful- airy, with a stylish feel. Also plenty of room for a group of mums with babies and buggies. All in all a great experience - gone for yourself.
Great location, amazing food, didn’t stay in hotel so can’t comment, some areas were a little tired, overall was clean but some areas could have done with a bit more attention!
The venue itself is very lovely, and overall my engagement celebration turned out beautifully. There were some challenges with the initial communication during the booking process, as certain details discussed verbally caused some confusion. I would recommend confirming all arrangements in writing to avoid any misunderstandings. That said, communication improved closer to the event, and the venue was set up nicely, allowing us to enjoy a really special day. I was very happy with how everything turned out. Gabby was especially kind, professional, and a pleasure to deal with she truly helped make the experience a positive one.
Stopped here while we went to Ally Pally. Brilliant little hotel. We ate in the restaurant downstairs too. Amazing little place. 2 meals, 2 drinks less than 40 quid! I was well impressed with that. Rooms was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Amazing shower also. Only down side they wasn't a TV. But if you have your phone it's okay:) Would highly recommend this place.
Ideal if you need somewhere to stay near Alexandra Palace on the cheap. My dorm room was clean, the bed was comfy, and a towel was provided. 2 minute walk from Wood Green station on tbe Picadilly Line, meaning Central London is easily accessible (20/25 minutes from the door).
